Lakshmi Menon, who became famous in the Kollywood in a short span of time, is planning to quit films. Though she was heroine in many films, the roles performed were mostly as that of a village belle.

After the hit film, Chotta Mumbai, actor Mohanlal and director Anwar Rasheed are uniting for a full length entertainment film. Sources close to the director has said that the film would suit the taste of viewers irrespective of any generation they belong to. Anwar himself is producing the film under the banner Anwar Rasheed Entertainment. The cast, crew and even the film’s title is yet to be decided. The official announcement in this regard is to come soon, say sources.
