THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: K Sukumaran, founder editor of Kerala Kaumudi, integrated communism and the views of Sree Narayanan Guru, said opposition leader V S Achuthanandan.

He led the views when he wrote for the minorities and the suppressed. Keeping this in mind he moved forward even while serving as the SNDP Yogam president, said VS while inaugurating the 32 death anniversary celebrations of K Sukumaran, organized by the Kerala Kaumudi non-journalists association.

His Kulathoor prasangam registered his hostility towards communist government on the recommendations of the administrative reforms commission formed by the EMS Government in 1957. He was never an anti-communist but only made his stand clear in the speech at Kulathoor.
