It is shameful that the PM address issues affecting industries owned by rich or famous and had little or nothing to say about inflation, interest rates or oil prices affecting the common man.

While he expresses concern on inflation he actually acts on airline Industry with urgency !. On oil prices PM took less than a minute to decide that it cannot be rolled back. PM seems to have become anti-common man (does not seen to be working in the interest if the people), export has fallen by double digits in the last few months. When ask for help GOI said that they cannot assist any further (without a thought), GOI seems to solve problems affecting selective companies. Something like preferential treatments we saw in Telecom. The fact that Common Indian cannot even approach finance minister or the Prime Minister for Business problems and someone like  Mallya can, is discriminatory. So the people who think FDI will help reduce prices is a false notion, wherever FDI has been opened companies have created oligopoly situations and hiked prices ( Co.s Coming together to decide price) so there will be no competition and consumer will ultimately have to pay much higher prices.
