KANNUR: CPM Kannur District Secretary P Jayarajan has blurted out that in the Shuhaib murder case, the CPM had nothing to hide. “No one should try to threaten the CPM by flaunting the CBI,” Jayarajan told media persons on Wednesday.

Jayarajan said that there was no fault in the investigation of Kerala police, which had arrested accused after proper investigation. “But it was Congress, which had come out, saying that the arrested were not the real accused. Later, they made a U-turn in the stand. At that times, the CPM stuck to its first stand. Now the high court has ordered to transfer the case to the CBI. Let the CBI probe the case,” Jayarajan said.

Both the Sangh Parivar and RSS are out there to destroy the CPM, calling it Red terror. Certain Right wing media are also supporting them,” Jayarajan said.
