THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Deputy leader of opposition M K Muneer staged a walk out at the Loka Kerala Sabha after expressing alleging that he was not given due consideration while allocating his seat at the meeting.

Muneer was allocated a seat behind industrialists, and he alleged that this amounts to ignoring him, and hence staged a walk out.

Meanwhile, the first meeting of the Loka Kerala Sabha began at the Assembly Hall at 9.30 am on Friday. The two-day event as inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.

There are 351 members in the Loka Kerala Sabha that includes NRI representatives from inside and outside the country, members of the Assembly, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, Union Ministers.
