Lucifer, to be directed by actor Prithviraj and with Mohanlal in the lead is a film that cine buffs are looking forward to. It was announced that Mohanlal and Prtihviraj would be coming together for the first time through this film.

Any news about the film will be read or viewed with much curiosity. One such news is out now.

Mohanlal has shared a new picture related to Lucifer on his Facebook page.

The film will be starring Prithviraj, Murali Gopy and Antony Perumbavur but ironically there will be no Lal in it. The new picture seems to show that discussions on the film are progressing.

Meanwhile, the social media have taken up for debate the absence of Mohanlal in the picture released by Mohanlal.

The inference made in the social media is that Odiyan is the reason for Mohanlal backing out from the project. He is doing this as he doesn’t want to leak out his new makeover for Odiyan; Lal will be appearing in three getups in the film.

Antony Perumbavur will be producing Lucifer under the banner of Ashirvad Cinemas. The film’s shoot will start in May next year.
